Activity = 15,000 steps a day

Food = Calories in must be less than calories out.

More veggies and protein, less fruit and fatty foods.

No soda, fast food, or microwave dinners.

Hydration = Drink 1/2 your body weight in oz.

Sleep = 7 to 8hr of sleep or rest nightly.

Drug Class:

GLP1 + GIP agonist

What it does:

Increases insulin production, lowers glucagon secretion, and regulates appetite.

By slowing motility of intestines, your food is digested slower, causing a feeling of fullness faster. Insulin is secreted by the pancreas to keep your blood sugars from spiking and increases energy.

Contraindication: Family hx of multiple endocrine neoplasia, hx of pancreatitis, or thyroid cancer. BMI<25.
