New Patients:  
  • **You must register FIRST**         Then
  • Schedule your Initial Intake as Telehealth New Patient. 
Be Aware this is a different log-in then the Athena Portal.

Create a New Appointment: 
  1. Click on Telehealth or Office
  2. Click on time you want
  3. Sign in and confirm.
Change an Existing Appointment:
  1. Click on Manage Appointments
  2. Sign in or get passcode
  3. Reschedule or Cancel as needed
  4. Confirm

*Expedited/ After hour visits should not be needed, but are available for a $40 fee.
